Inspired to be the best

This year, excitement reached new heights as Inspired Villages teams gathered together for the much-anticipated 2024 ViVAs Awards ceremony. For the first time, more than 100 nominees and shortlisted colleagues travelled from around the country to gather in Nottingham to honour the best of Inspired. 

Following a spectacular three-course lunch, where many colleagues had a chance to meet for the first time and get to know each other, the main event got underway. With awards across multiple categories, the ceremony showcased the great talent, passion, and commitment displayed by teams throughout the UK. 

While it was fantastic that so many nominees were able to attend in person, we made sure the spirit of the ViVAs reached every corner of the Inspired community. Viewing parties were hosted across our villages and central support offices, allowing teams to join in the excitement from their own locations. 

Ultimately, the day was about more than awards – it was about celebrating the extraordinary achievements of our people, the culture we’re building, and the difference we’re making. The ViVAs was a testament to the passion and dedication of every member of the Inspired team, and the sense of unity and shared purpose we live and breathe at all times. It was a day that left everyone inspired to continue pushing boundaries and striving to be the best in everything we do.
