Celebrating our VIVA winners in style

On June 21st we invited our best people to a day of celebration at Elderswell Village. To kick off the event, we were delighted to welcome Derek Redmond, who gave an inspirational and motivational talk about what it takes to stay at the top of our game.

The winners of last year's Very Inspired Villages Awards (VIVAs) and the graduates of our LME Programme (our leaders of tomorrow), rubbed shoulders with members of our Leadership team on what turned out to be a wonderful day full of appreciation, laughter, learning and tasty treats.
