Our mission
We want to offer our employees as well as our residents the best years of their lives. From humble beginnings, we’ve already become an award-winning company. But we’re not stopping here. With hugely ambitious growth plans, we’re looking for like-minded people to join us on our journey to become the world’s leading operator of retirement villages.
We are our people
Inspired Villages was established in 2017 when the founding members entered into a partnership with Legal & General to operate and develop later living communities in suburban and rural locations across the UK. As of August 2021, and after four years of phenomenal growth and numerous awards, we are backed by a joint venture partnership between Legal & General and NatWest Group Pension Fund.
We’re on course to significantly transform the later life experience in the UK with a commitment to expand our portfolio to 34 retirement villages, which equates to around 5,000 age-appropriate homes for older people.
